This package consists of 'Personal branding photography subscription' delivered to your company via a private password protected gallery.

Monthly Subscription - Terms & Conditions

Photography
Your monthly subscription package includes 1 x 90 minute branding session at a pre-arranged location. This will be to capture your latest services/products or headshots as discussed prior to the scheduled shoot.
This will be held at 1 x location and include a minimum of 25 images to update your brands advertising.

Subscription duration
There is a minimum of 3 months sign up required for a branding subscription package, these must be 3 consecutive months and can be scheduled in at a time/date that suit the brand & photographer's availability.

Payment terms
Invoices will be sent prior to the scheduled shoot & payment is due before the branding session date. Payments can be made via the invoice links or BACS.

Travel costs
All scheduled branding sessions include travel within 10 miles of GL52, locations beyond that shall require a small travel cost to cover the extra time/distance.

rescheduling
If for any reason either party need to reschedule due to availability, acts of weather/illness or access. Please contact Nadine Sabrina Photography as soon as possible & we can arrange another suitable date. This must be rescheduled within the month of the original branding session, please give 7 days notice as charges may incur for less notice given.

Branding questionnaire
Before a branding session package can take place, please ensure you have completed a 'Branding session questionnaire' this helps reach your branding goals and a clear highlight of areas in which you wish to capture and services to focus on.

marketing consent
Once payments are received you shall have copyright of all gallery images. Also, giving Nadine Sabrina Photography permission to advertise these images within their own marketing platforms.

On the day of your branding shoot
Please ensure access, props and all services/products or members of the team required are available for the allocated duration of the session. That all 'set-ups' are ready to go, to ensure you receive the maximum shooting time during the scheduled session.
Should extra time be required on the day, if available, it will be charged at £150 per hour and payable on the same day.

timeline guide
Nadine Sabrina schedules shoots with editing days in between each client, therefore providing a quicker turn around to each gallery. All gallery images will be available within 7 days maximum of the shoot taking place. Please ensure you have provided Nadine Sabrina with the correct email address for all parties required to have gallery access beforehand.
